Additional Considerations

  • Retaliation: It is unlawful for anyone to retaliate against you for reporting an incident or participating in an investigation. If you experience retaliation, report it immediately.
  • Amnesty Policy: 91Pron¹ú²ú encourages reporting. Individuals who report incidents of sexual misconduct will not be subject to disciplinary action for minor policy violations (e.g., alcohol use).
